From the beginning terapie-protoni.ro, wants to emphasize the fact that the information presented on our platform has an additional character that complements the recommendations offered by specialist doctors.
You should NOT use the terapie-protoni.ro platform for EMERGENCY medical needs.
The purpose of the terapie-protoni.ro platform is to provide you with general information, depending on the presentation of the case and the documents that you have received. Choose to provide them when requesting a case assessment.
Please use terapie-protoni.ro, only for the purpose of obtaining general information for a better understanding of your condition. health.
The terapie-protoni.ro platform does NOT provide medical advice similar to that provided by doctors who consult you in person and is NOT intended to replace specialized medical consultation.
We recommend that users of the platform DO NOT base their future actions only on the advice provided by terapie-protoni.ro, as this advice does not replace a medical diagnosis, which requires the in-person consultation of a specialist doctor. The answers provided through the platform are only of an educational nature and cannot be considered, in any case, as equivalent to specialized medical consultations or tests.

1.General terms and definitions
1.1. S.C. ATELIER IMAGE S.R.L., is a legal entity of Romanian nationality, with its registered office in Bucharest, str. Cadea Bastiliei nr. 70, sector 1, registered with the O.N.R.C. under no. J40/13103/2006, C.I.F. RO18933371, Tel: +40 751 180 180, E-mail: contact@meditravel.ro. S.C. ATELIER IMAGE S.R.L. is hereinafter referred to as the Supplier.
1.2. The user can be any natural or legal person who has free access to the platform and who can fill in the section specially designed to leave a request to the service provider. The terapie-protoni.ro platform is not a site for resellers.
1.3. Content: all information on the platform that can be viewed by means of electronic equipment; the content of all emails sent by the User/Visitor, to the Provider and any other available means of communication.
1.4. The Service is an electronic document defined as a means of communication between the Provider and the User/Visitor used to express the intention to obtain medical advice through the terapie-protoni.ro platform.
1.5. The collaborators are medical specialists who provide answers to the Users’ questions through terapie-protoni.ro.
1.6. The use of the website by the user implicitly implies the tacit and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions, with all the consequences arising from them.
1.7. S.C. ATELIER IMAGE S.R.L reserves the right to make changes and updates to these terms and conditions without prior notice and without specifying the reasons.
1.8. The terms and conditions below have contractual value between S.C. ATELIER IMAGE S.R.L, hereinafter referred to as the Supplier and the Client/Visitor.
1.9. Failure to accept these Terms and Conditions entails the obligation of the User to immediately cease accessing the terapie-protoni.ro platform. Further access to or visit the platform, any page of it and/or the use of the Service, as well as any component thereof, constitutes a full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
1.10. The User expressly understands and accepts, in full and unconditionally, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and intends to use the Service in strict accordance with these provisions.
Failure to accept the Terms and Conditions by Users entails their obligation to immediately stop accessing the platform.
1.11. If you do not agree with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Services offered by terapie-protoni.ro.
2. Information for users/visitors
2.1. Terapie-protoni.ro recommend you:
a) to provide true, accurate and complete data about you, which will help your collaborators to provide personal advice and opinions:
b) use the possibility to maintain, renew and delete the data provided at any time;
c) to read the Terms and Conditions carefully.
3. Rates and payments
3.1. With regard to the paid services available through terapie-protoni.ro, the User undertakes to pay to SC ATELIER IMAGE SRL the fee for those services.
3.2. SC ATELIER IMAGE SRL, through the terapie-protoni.ro platform will not claim and the User is not obliged to pay any additional fee other than those mentioned on the terapie-protoni.ro platform.
3.3. The price and method of payment are specified in each Order. The Seller will send the Buyer an invoice by e-mail to the address provided, the Buyer’s obligation being to provide all the information necessary to issue the invoice in accordance with the legislation in force.
3.4. By sending the Order, the Buyer agrees to receive the invoices in electronic format by electronic mail, to the mentioned e-mail address.
3.5. Payment by name online payment service is a fast way of online payment by card, which consists of making payment with a single click.
3.6. The payment card data of the User/Buyer will not be terapie-protoni.ro accessible or stored by the terapie-protoni.ro or by the payment processor integrated into the Site, but only by the institution authorizing the Transaction or another entity authorized to provide card identification data storage services, about whose identity the User/Buyer will be informed, prior to entering the data.
3.7. The entity authorized to provide card data storage services is Netopia S.R.L.
3.8. SC ATELIER IMAGE SRL reserves the right to change the rates for any of the Services and to set new rates at any time, according to its own option. Any change in tariffs will become operative immediately after the User’s notification in this regard (by e-mail or by displaying it on the Platform), according to the option of SC ATELIER IMAGE SRL.
3.10.. Considering the payment by card, the User is fully subject to the terms and conditions of the payment operator, SC NETOPIA SRL, SC ATELIER IMAGE S.R.L. being fully absolved of any responsibility regarding any problems encountered in making the payment.
4. Contract, Order, Payment of Services
4.1. The User may pay for the pre-contracted services in one of the indicated ways. The purchased services are considered confirmed as soon as the payment has been validated by the payment provider and will be communicated by email to the Buyer immediately after a valid payment is made.
4.2. By signing the contract, the User agrees that all data provided by him/her, necessary for the purchase process, are correct, complete and true on the date of signing the contract.
4.3. By signing the Agreement, the User agrees that the Seller may contact him/her, by any means available/agreed by the Seller, in any situation in which it is necessary to contact the Buyer.
4.4. The Seller may cancel the Order placed by the Buyer, following prior notice to the Buyer, without any subsequent obligation of either party to the other or without any party being able to claim damages from the other in the following cases:
– the non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the Buyer’s card, of the transaction, in the case of online payment;
– invalidation of the transaction by the card processor agreed by terapie-protoni.ro, in the case of online payment;
– the data provided by the User is incomplete and/or incorrect;
4.5. The User has the right to withdraw from the Agreement, respectively to renounce a Service, within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason. Thus, according to GEO no. 34/2014, the period for returning a Good or giving up a Service expires within 14 days from the day on which the Buyer completed the order by payment.
4.6. If the User decides to withdraw from the Contract, he/she will contact terapie-protoni.ro via e-mail and/or telephone and from the moment of the request the order will be considered canceled.
4.7. If the User requests withdrawal from the Contract within the legal term of withdrawal from the contract and the order is paid, the Seller will refund the amount within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the Buyer’s information to the Seller of its decision to withdraw from the Contract.
4.8. The amount will be returned as follows:
– for Orders paid by online card – >by refund to the account from which the payment was made;
4.9. If a Service ordered by the Buyer cannot be delivered by the Seller, the Seller shall inform the Client/Buyer of this fact and shall return to the Buyer’s account the value of the Service, within a maximum of 7 (seven) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of this fact or from the date on which the Buyer expressly expressed its intention to terminate the Contract.
4.10.The following situations are exempted from the right of withdrawal from the Contract: Online video/audio consultations, after the full provision of the service or if the execution has started with the express prior consent of the Buyer and after the Buyer has confirmed that he has become aware of the fact that he will lose the right to withdraw after the complete execution of the Contract by the collaborating doctor.
4.11. The delivery of the services provided by terapie-protoni.ro to the Buyer/User will be made within 72 hours, up to 14 calendar days, depending on the complexity of the medical case.
4.11.1 The medical case will be brought to terapie-protoni.ro attention by the Buyer/User by filling in the request for medical evaluation through the contact form and pressing the “Send” button.
4.11.2. The communication between the Buyer/User and terapie-protoni.ro will be made through the email address of the buyer/user. Through the e-mail address, the buyer/user will receive, if applicable, the link for confirming the time of the consultation via telemedicine/video call, will confirm the time and will access the link through which he will connect with the doctor and will benefit from the purchased service.
4.11.3. The Buyer/User will benefit from the purchased service only after giving prior consent to the date and time of the consultation, which must fall within the term of 73 hours, 14 calendar days from the moment of purchase of the service.
5. Security of personal data
5.1. In order to be able to make possible the communication between S.C. ATELIER IMAGE S.R.L and
Client/User, on the terapie-protoni.ro website, you must agree that S.C. ATELIER IMAGE S.R.L. collects and processes the data included in the evaluation sheet, according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
5.2. The personal data provided to the Provider will be used only for the stated purpose of this website. They will be used to communicate with the visitor, to promptly answer his/her questions, to make own statistics, to inform by email or other means of communication about subsequent actions, possible promotions, periodic newsletters, newsletters, etc.
5.3. You are obliged to provide the data, which are necessary to contact the provider. Your refusal will make it impossible for us to contact you and provide you with the requested information.
5.4. The information received from the client or user will not be made available to any natural person, legal entity, institution, etc., unless it is justifiably requested by the legal authorities. We respect and guarantee the confidentiality of the data provided voluntarily by the customer or visitor.
5.5. S.C. ATELIER IMAGE S.R.L. guarantees that it will respect the rights conferred by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
5.6. Any user who has explicitly provided on the platform terapie-protoni.ro his/her email address may request the deletion of personal data from our database by a written request sent to our company.
5.7. Your personal data is processed in accordance with the regulations of the Regulation (E.U.) 2016/679. Please note that you can ask us at any time to delete your account from our website by sending us an email to contact@terapie-protoni.ro
5.8. We use Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to analyze how this website is used. Google Analytics generates statistical information and not only, about the use of the website through stored cookies. The information generated from cookies is used to create reports on the use of our website or to individualise the advertisements we show you in order to provide you with more relevant information. 6. Copyright
6.1. The entire content of the Website – images, photographs, texts, graphics, symbols, web graphics, scripts, programs and other data – is the property of the Provider and is protected by the law for the protection of copyright and intellectual and industrial property laws. TERAPIE-PROTONI is a registered trademark of ATELIER IMAGE S.R.L. The use, takeover, copying or modification without the consent of the Provider of any of the elements listed above, even if these elements bear protective markings, entails the consequences provided by the legislation in force. 6.2. Free access to the website and the content of the website and their use are allowed only for personal use, without direct or indirect commercial purpose. Copying, storing, modifying or transferring for any reason, in part or in whole of the website and/or content are not allowed without the explicit, written consent of the Provider and are sanctioned according to the legislation in force.
6.3. The content and graphic elements of the terapie-protoni.ro platform, including, but not limited to, all content in text format and any other material, transmitted in any form by and to the Users (through direct viewing on the platform, through newsletters or through any other materials directly or indirectly related to the platform) belong to SC ATELIER IMAGE SRL and its partners and represent the content of the terapie-protoni.ro platform.
6.4. By way of derogation from the previous provision, SC ATELIER IMAGE SRL or its partners do not belong to those materials for which another rights holder, another holder or another source is terapie-protoni.ro indicated on the platform.
6.5. Users understand and accept that SC ATELIER IMAGE SRL is exonerated from any liability regarding materials, data and information, but not limited to these, taken from any official sources, including those that have been published with the purpose and character of “press releases”.
6.6. Users understand and accept that all information, data, materials posted on terapie-protoni.ro are for informational and indicative purposes only and that SC ATELIER IMAGE SRL cannot be held responsible in any case and in any way for the veracity and validity of the content of the terapie-protoni.ro platform or for any legal effect arising from its use.
6.7. Users undertake to respect all copyrights and related rights thereto and any other intellectual property rights that SC ATELIER IMAGESRL and its partners hold over/in connection with terapie-protoni.ro, its Content, the Service, any module or component thereof or in connection with their use. Users understand and accept that in case of violation of any of the above provisions to any extent, they may be held liable to the authors/owners of the content of the platform terapie-protoni.ro
6.8. Terapie-protoni.ro, may be used exclusively for personal purposes, defined herein as purely non-commercial purposes, without any direct or indirect intention to obtain profits or gains of any kind from such use. Any use of content by third parties for any purposes other than personal ones can be made only with the written, express and prior consent of SC ATELIER IMAGESRL.
6.9. It is forbidden to copy, take, reproduce, publish, transmit, sell, distribute in whole or in part, in whole or in part, the content of terapie-protoni.ro or any part thereof; SC ATELIER IMAGESRL reserves the right to take legal action against any person and/or entity that violates the above provisions in any way.

It is strictly forbidden to post on terapie-protoni.ro any content, including but not limited to materials, comments, images, video sequences, which have obscene or vulgar language, contain illegal, threatening, abusive, indecent texts, racist, chauvinistic messages or that could discriminate against any person in any way or that would violate any other human rights and freedoms according to the legislation in force.
6.12. Users understand and accept that in case of violation in any way and to any extent of any of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, SC ATELIER IMAGE SRL may choose at its discretion to suspend all or part of the User’s access to any service of the terapie-protoni.ro platform, or not to publish any content sent by the User for posting to the platform or to modify such content in any way, for the definitive prohibition of access to one or more of the facilities offered by terapie-protoni.ro, without any prior warnings or notifications and without the need for any other formalities beforehand.
7. No liability
7.1. SC ATELIER IMAGE SRL does not assume responsibility for any loss of data or information resulting from delays, caused by events that are not under the control of terapie-protoni.ro, its suppliers or by errors of omission on the part of the user.
7.2.SC ATELIER IMAGE SRL excludes any suggestion or warranty that:
a) the service is uninterrupted or error-free;
b) any defects will be corrected;
c) the service or the server that makes it available to the user is free of viruses or other components that could harm users and cannot be responsible for any action you take based on that information or the service.
7.3.In under no circumstances terapie-protoni.ro be liable for losses of a direct or indirect nature arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the service(s) offered, this website or websites in connection with it.
7.4. SC ATELIER IMAGE SRL will not grant any guarantee regarding:
a) avoiding the difficult use or interruption of use of the site,
b) not negatively affecting other systems through the use of the site.
7.5. Terapie-protoni.ro does not assume any responsibility if the website cannot be accessed by users, for an unlimited period of time, for any technical or commercial reasons.
7.6. Terapie-protoni.ro reserves the right at any time to change part or all of the content of the information presented on the website, without prior notice to the respective User or the Provider.
7.7. Terapie-protoni.ro does not provide any guarantee regarding the functioning of the personal computer of the respective User of the Provider.
7.8. Terapie-protoni.ro reserves the right to suspend or terminate this website without prior notice to the User.
8. Use of the Services by Minors
8.1.SC ATELIER IMAGE SRL knowingly does not allow persons under the age of 18 to access terapie-protoni.ro
8.2. The Services are available for use by minors but only in the presence and assisted by their parent or legal guardian.
8.3.If you register as a parent or legal guardian on behalf of a minor, you will be fully responsible for complying with these Terms of Use.
9. Force majeure
9.1. Force majeure exempts the party who invokes it from liability, according to the provisions of the Civil Code (art.1351 N.C.C.).
8.2. Force majeure is any external, unforeseeable, absolutely invincible and inevitable event and the fortuitous event is an event that cannot be foreseen or prevented by the one who would have been called to respond if the event had not occurred.
8.3. The party invoking force majeure has the obligation to bring it to the attention of the other party, in writing, within a maximum of 5 (five) days from the occurrence, and the proof of force majeure will be communicated within 15 (fifteen) days from the occurrence. The reference date is the date of the postage postmark. The proof will be certified by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry or by another body empowered by Romanian law. The party who invoked force majeure has the obligation to inform the other party of the termination of this cause within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days from the termination.
10. Disputes
10.1. Any conflict arising between the Client/User and the Supplier will be resolved amicably by agreement between the two parties.
10.2. If this is not possible, the competence lies with the Romanian courts, the court in whose territorial area the headquarters of S.C. ATELIER IMAGE S.R.L is located
11. Collaborating doctors and hospitals
11.1. Users understand and accept that the collaborating physicians who provide answers through terapie-protoni.ro are not employees of SC ATELIER IMAGE SRL and cannot be considered to exercise their profession as an independent natural person based on a contract concluded with SC ATELIER IMAGE S.R.L., within the meaning of art. 385 para. (3) of Law no. 95/2006 on health reform (“Law no. 95/2006”).
From the above, it follows that they are exonerated from any liability for providing medical information through terapie-protoni.ro
11.2. Users understand and accept that collaborating physicians are not liable for damages and prejudices caused in the exercise of their profession when they are due to working conditions or when they act in good faith in emergency situations, in compliance with the competence granted.
From the above, it follows that collaborating physicians will be fully exempt from liability pursuant to art.10.2 above, in conjunction with art.654 (2) of Law no. 95/2006.
11.3. Users understand and accept that terapie-protoni.ro is not a public or private health unit that provides medical services, therefore it cannot be held liable under art. 657 of Law no. 95/2006 or on any other legal basis. Users expressly understand and accept the provisions provided in art. 10(1),10(2),10(3) above, according to art. 1203 of the Civil Code.
12.Final provisions
12.1. The Provider reserves the right to make any changes to these provisions, as well as any changes to the Site, its structure or any other changes that may affect the Site, without the need for any prior notice to the visitor or the customer.
12.2. The provider cannot be held responsible for any errors that occur on the Site for any reason, including due to changes or settings that are not made by the Site administrator.
12.3. It is forbidden to assign or transfer these Conditions, either in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of SC ATELIER IMAGE S.R.L.
